Problems with ticket ordering

One of our faithful posted in the comments of our last post that there is a problem with ordering directly from the email.
Apparently if you follow the link through the email it only offers $145 tickets right now, but $120 tickets are still an option if you follow the link from the ACL Fest website.

So just save yourself a headache and go through the site.

Just to clarify -- it didn't give me a $145 option. Just said no tickets were available at the $120 tier. Seems to be working now, but from posts on other ACL message boards, this seems to have been a problem this morning for a lot of folks. Keep trying.

From the aclfest.com website :

Tickets On Sale now!
The limited-quantity Earlybird price sold out in record time. Don't fret though tickets are still available at the Regular rate of $145. No service charges. No surprises. No lie.

i was disappointed to see that shipping and handling was $12 for tickets to be delivered? i personally like having physical pretty ticket stubs but not for $12... you can't tell me that it costs them $12 to print and send one ticket...

They are cutting costs...

Who in there right mind would pay $12 for paper tickets? That is why they mark them up..So no one does and they only have to print 10% of the total tickets for ACL.

The rest is done on the users side so Attals margins are higher.

The Headliners this year will blow everyone away but it costs $$$ to do this.

Attal is trying to make it as easy and cheap as possible for the product he is delivering.

Just wait. You won't be dissapointed. There is a "HEADLINER" for every genre, age group and preference this year.

Put away your crystal ball and stick to reality. The "headliners” will be mediocre at best like every year.

Headliner for every "age group"? Here come The Wiggles.

The Wiggles would be a step up from Van Morrison.
