Austin City Limits promoter Charles Attal confirmed Monday that Radiohead will not be part of this year's ACL Fest in September.
"We couldn’t make the scheduling work" Attal said. Neither Pollstar nor the band's website has any tour dates for the band.

fucked again!
Too bad, but we'll live. ACL has never really been about the headliners anyways.
I'm more excited about who's on the mid-level list, honestly.
I'm glad ACL hasn't given me any reason to consider buying a ticket yet.
Hansford:, have you heard anything about Neil Young.? I'm hearing more and more about him being a headliner, and as of this morning it's coming through the same source that accurately leaked Lollapalooza acts.
I understand from a good source (someone involved in booking acts for other significant festivals) that Arcade Fire, Beck and Neil Young are the three headliners.
i doubt the arcade fire headlines, they aren't big enough.
Beck and Neil Young certainly are. Nevertheless, perhaps the previous poster had just assumed they meant headliners but was really just told about three big acts who are signed up.
beck and arcade fire are not bigger than red hot chili peppers. neil young is fine, but we had tom petty last year. i dont want another (forgive me for putting it so bluntly, i know he is a huge influence and talent) old guy as the main headliner.
neil young is so far out of tom petty's league
Tom, Bob, and Neil. My three favorite old nasally guys. Tom, I took care of last year, and I'm still hoping to see the other two before they die. If either Bob Dylan or Neil Young gets booked, I will freak out in a major way.

Haha, I just got this rather nasty mental image of Neil Young trying to get with Tom Petty and being brutally turned down.
wow, you're fucked up man
i like tom but neil just has so much more heart than tom ever could
